Adding Integrations - Support Chat Widgets

Please Note: This functionality is different from normal chat functionality for content as listed here.

To add your own customer support chat widget to your channel in Brushfire Online, you can add an API key from popular chat support providers like Zendesk.

For Zendesk, please refer to this help article to identify your API Key. Paste only the key portion in the space provided on the Integrations Edit Tab of your Channel in the Brushfire Online Dashboard.
