Find or Edit My Tickets/Orders

Lost your tickets, need to make a change, or want to resend your confirmation email? Here's how to access your order.


Step 1 — Access Your Order

If you have your confirmation email, click Manage Attendees and skip to Step 5.

If you don't have your confirmation email, go to brushfire.com/my and enter the email address you used when registering. We'll send you a link to access your events.

Step 2 — Click the Link in the Email You Receive

After entering your email at brushfire.com/my, check your inbox for a magic link. Click it to access your events dashboard.


Step 3 — Select the Event You Registered For

You'll see a list of all upcoming events associated with your email address. Select the one you're looking for.


Step 4 — Select Your Order

Once you've chosen your event, select the order you want to view or manage. From here, you can:

  • View or print your ticket
  • Edit attendee information
  • Resend your confirmation email
  • Print your receipt

When viewing a ticket, you'll also have the option to add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

                 


Step 5 — Managing Individual Attendees

If your order includes multiple attendees and you need to update or view a specific one, click Manage Attendees in the upper right-hand corner. Select the attendee you want to edit.

Available actions may include:

Action What It Does
Edit/Complete Info Update attendee details like name, contact info, or custom fields
View Ticket Open and display the ticket with QR code
Donate Back Return the ticket value as a donation to the organizer
Change Ticket Type Switch to a different available ticket or registration option
Gift Transfer the ticket to someone else as a gift
Share Ticket Send the ticket to another person
Join a Group Connect with a group within the event
Change/Leave Community Update or leave your assigned community group

Note: Not all options are available for every event. The actions you see will depend on what the event organizer has enabled.


Step 6 — Payment Plans

If your registration includes a payment plan, you'll also see a Make a Payment option when viewing an attendee. This lets you pay down your outstanding balance at any time.

If you are a group leader, you'll see additional options to update attendee information, make payments for multiple registrants, and manage other group-related functions.
